Headaches on and Off

Im 13 wks 3 days and i been having a light headache all day ... Im scared to take medicine what can i do... I feel like its getting stronger im so over it :(

TLYNOL, ALSO WHAT I DO IT PUT A COLD RAG ON MY FOR HEAR AND EYES AND LAY DOWN IN THE DARK AND THAT MAKES MINE GO AWAY

I agree, Tylenol is perfectly safe to take during pregnancy, and I'm the same way, have only taken 1 tablet so far this entire pregnancy. During the 2nd trimester, it's common for headaches to increase, drink a LOT of water, and I hope it passes quickly for you!!

I don't use anything ... You can take a shower or a cold rag. Naps help to

Yea i tried a shower sleepin and rest and it hasnt help so ima try 1 tablet of tylenol hopefully it helps

Tylenol is okay.  I too get headaches frequently.  Drink lots of water.
