You can get pregnant at any time of the month, I got pregnant a week b4 my period was due in my last pregnancy but it is rare and if u used protection I would have thought it would be stress related too x

If she did get pregnant it would not be from protected sex 4 days before her period was due. Did u have unprotected sex anytime prior this month? Otherwise, she is late because of stress or weight loss etc. NO spicy foods will not bring on menses btw!

hi there ravi.. spicy food is in no way going to bring on her periods rather upset her stomach which shall further delay it.. u said you people had protective sex so i hope no ejaculation inside her.. periods can be delayed due to a no. of reasons pregnancy being the last one.. Stress, Sudden increase or decrease in weight, any illness, any medication, hormonal changes etc.. ask her to stop stressing about it coz it shall delay it further.. wait for at least 4 more days.. if still no periods you need to take a pregnancy test. good luck..
