Heat Flashes
Are heat flashes normal during Pregnancy? I'm 6months pregnant with my first child & sometimes when i sleep at night i sweat like crazy. or i'll wake in the middle of the night from being so hot & sweaty, it's disgusting! Any tips?
I've had them fairly often I think sleeping in cool air helps but I mostly get them at night
Unfortunately there very common with my son I had them up until 7/8 months and with this one (a girl) I only get them when I'm sitting in the dr office or I'm at a store and sometimes when I'm sleeping. A little fan and something old to drink should help it does me most of the time
