Heat flashes

Is there anything to do to ease this? Stripping, swimming and having and ac on and fan blowing on me is doing nothing.. I even do cold compresses on the back of my neck and chest and it doesnt help...

Anyone have this issue?

Temporary relief is all youll get :( im 34.1 and stay hot. . . Cold shower has worked best for me so far. Then just staying in my towel with the fan on me lol.

I've been extremely for about 6-8 weeks and I'm only 24 weeks right now! It really s ucks!

I suppose temporary relief is the plan lol. Yes, I hear from most moms that summer pregnancy is the most difficult time.

Turn your shower to cold and hop in :) it'll cool you down! Then stay naked and don't dry yourself off

The heat is miserable!!! I am 30 weeks and sometimes I feel like I get so hot I can't breathe.  I don't have ac so I try to sit in front of a fan as much as possible but doesn't seem to help. I'm a ftm and summer pregnancy is not very fun lol
