Help dealing with

Back pain. I'm 26+2 and keep getting pains when I move. It feels like I pull the muscle every time I roll or get out of bed then once I'm up or not moving to much it goes away. Any suggestions on how to live with it lol? I know to use a heating pad and have tried a warm bath. Also I sleep with a pillow between my legs on my left side.

I just hate taking pills I already take 3 a day. Before being pregnant I rarely ever took anything. When hubby gets home I'm making him give me a massage lol (:

I m sorry but I dont think theres much more u can do.. : ) ive been feeling back pain since my 16th week, and now, at 36, its reeeeeeally bad no matter what i do. If its way too bad, you can have a tylenol!
