I am 10 weeks and i have had horrible nausea. My doctor gave me something that really helps! Also room tempature 7up. Keep that and crackers by your bed and sip and eat that slowly before you get out of bed. It really helped me! Hope all goes well!

im assuming your in your first trimester, if so the good news is as you go into your next trimester is usually starts to wear off and you might start to feel better with your energy back...

but for now, there are stuff you can do for the nausea... eating crackers before getting out of bed, sucking on candies, sea band accupuncture wrist bands, small frequent meals, you can get a prescription for a antinausea med from your Dr (thats what i did) and there are other stuff like somes teas and i cant think of anymore off the top of my head... but there are stuff thats worth a try

if your past your first trimester then you can still try these to see if it helps, either way tho you need to drink plenty of water through out the day... very important! but good luck and take care!
