Complete placenta previa at 13 weeks

I spent some time in the ER yesterday as I had severe bleeding and found out that I have complete placenta previa they put me on bed rest until I see my OB today does anyone have any idea of what a typical outcome would look like or has anyone experienced complete placenta previa?

I went into the er lady night after I passed a large tissue of some sort and was having severe cramps. I found out it was only a huge blood clot and that baby is still doing great and my placenta is still intact! This is so scary but I'm glad that within the last few hours my bleeding has stopped! They have given me the ok to go back to work tomorrow on light duty.  I'm very leary of doing that but what can I do? I finally took a shower and mam it felt great! Lol

I have it as well I'm almost 13 weeks. But they say it can move its self since right now it's so early. I'm out of work and not able to do much , just rest alot and do not loft anything heavy!
