High Blood Pressure In 10 TH Week

I am 10 weeks pregnant but facing an issue of high Blood pressure,  the blood pressure is around 135-145 everytime,  doctors has asked me to cut off salt and sweet completely but the I am very much afraid about this as well as don't know what to eat please help or guide

Eat a healthy diet. Look up low sodium meals online and exercise can really help your blood pressure its done wonders for me dad and he just does 20 mins of cardio a day. Go for a walk everyday which will also help in lots pf ways for pregnancy

There is a diet called the DASH diet which was created to help people with diabetes, high blood pressure, and hypertension. You can do a little research on line about DASH; some sites even have a menu plan. First, you should definitely discuss this w/ your doctor, to see if this would be a good diet for you to follow during your pregnancy.  Also, keep exercising daily ~ exercise really makes a huge difference w/ high blood pressure, it lowers it...
