I had an abortion on dec 30. After me and my boyfriend felt like we should have kept it to.So we had sex the on the 31,1,2. I had some pinkish spotting an then brown discharge. I had my 2 week followup an everything was fine. The doc told me thats to soon after my abortion to get pregnant. But now its jan 18 an i started having bad head aches and heat flashes .Alos i had a few sharp stomach pains but they only last a few seconds. I get acid reflux wen i drink soda or eat spicey foods thisis alos new to me. I took a test an it was negative. Could i be pregnant??
I do not think there is a high chance of falling pregnant so soon after an abortion nor is it safe to do so.
You should really be sure this is what You want taking into account You didn't only the day before You had sex and decided You did.

That does seem fairly soon after an abortion to get pregnant again. Also, it is not very safe to get pregnant that soon after an abortion. Please give your body time to heal. Also, it sounds like perhaps you need some more time to think things through. Choosing to end a life is not something you should decide quickly....nor is creating a life. There is so much to think about before an abortion and before creating a child. Both of these decisions are life long decisions. If you can not deal with ending a life for 24 hours, are you sure you are able to deal with creating a life for 18+ years? Please think about your decisions for a LONG time before acting on them. Like the other poster said -some counceling would probably prove beneficial in this situation.

Firstly it is very sad that you had the abortion when you had not wanted one, i am supprised you did not get the help you needed.
The best thing to do is to wait and see give it a couple of weeks then do another test. I think it may be good for you to talk to someone about how you are feeling as if you had an abortion on the 30th and the sex on the 31st you must be soooo confused. It may also be a good idea if you discuss weather you would realy like to have a child.
