what homeschool curriculim (sp) did you use. my daughter will be 2 in august and if i can start her out early that would be great!
I homeschooled my son up until kindergarten. He just finished kinder today and I don't regret it. I would have LOVED to homeschool him all the time, but he asked to attend public school so we gave it a try. He loves it too much too homeschool now, but I hope to homeschool any other children we have if they will have it. We will homeschool during the summer because he is a child who needs to be challenged or he gets sad. He loves to sit down and do workbooks, reading lessons, etc.
I think the key is to join homeschooling groups in your area now for playgroups, meetings, etc. We are still part of our local homeschooling co-op. We have one family who owns a farm and sets aside 5 acres to our group to farm in any way we want. The children have to take turns planting, harvesting, weeding, watering, etc. We do trips together, playgroups, etc although we are now in public school. The families have been a wealth of information and gave us SO many opinions on homeschooling options in our area. We joined the group when my son was 2, but wish I knew about it earlier. There is just a nice sense of being connected with like minded parents. They are likely to be able to help you with other things that may be of interests to you (i.e. baby massage classes, breastfeeding classes, dance classes, play places, etc).
