Why do I get so jealous and angry? How can I help control it? Does anyone else get this way? I feel like I'm constantly mad at my boyfriend and I know it's not his fault.
Thank you! I'm trying so hard to not take it out on anyone. It's so difficult. Sometimes I feel like I want to raise our baby alone and then I feel bad.
Explain to him your feelings say its not personal.... when my mom was pregnant with my older sister she said some people she couldnt stand being around they just bugged her.... try and bteathe through it or find distractions when you feel that way i get it to used to be worse but im learning to deal with.it so im not taking it out as much on anyone good luck to you l)
I get mad when my boyfriend falls asleep in the car ... i made him get out ....

I even get jealous when he hangs out with his male friends. I'm confused and I feel crazy! Lol
Im the same way im not sure if we as new mommies are able to control it the hormones are strong lol
