i'm not when i would be ovulating , my period is like every 30 days , regular , trying to get pregnant i was wondering if my lunar phase to get pregnant is 14 or what im not sure ...
The only sure way to tell is to chart your BBTs for at least three months. MedHelp has an ovulation tracker which will assist you in determining the length of your preovulatory phase (which can vary) and your postovulatory (luteal) phase (which is usually consistent). Healthy luteal phases last anywhere between 10-16 days, so 14 is not always the magical number. Mine is 15 days. Good luck!
