Try Camomile Tea with a tea spoon of honey and a wedge of lemon :) drink throughout day really does the trick its healthy and no risks for baby. I've done this and im also a FTM 2weeks pregnant.

Are you having a fever? If so see a dr.. I've been having a sinus infection lately usually starts in the fall time, but I'm trying to stay away from meds cuz I'm already 35 weeks so I'm using saline solution and it help to relieve sinsus pressure and clear my passages associated with headache it's been a relief for me
