Flip flops, shower toiletries, towel, robe, pillow, notepad/pen, Chapstick, phone charger, deck of cards (my last labor was really long so it would be nice to have something to do instead of staring at the walls) for baby all I need is clothes the hospital supplies everything else so I packed one size newborn and one size 0-3 months.
You honestly dont really need all extra stuff , i mean your only gunna be there for a day most likely . all i took was comfortable underwear cause the ones the hospital give you are not the buisness lol , i took leggings tshirts , my charger , socks , mini shampoo and conditioner , and the babys bag with a going home outfit, socks, little blanket, beanies and etc
Yeah I don't think I'm gonna bring a sleeping gown last thing I want to do is buy a cute sleeping gown just to get blood everywhere lol.
Packed my bag a couple days ago and this is what I feel is needed. Toiletries such as; mini shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, towel and if you want to look nice going home (I'm brining my blow dryer and straighter. Some hospitals don't supply pads all the time so I'd buy some good heavy flow pads cause im taking a few with me just in case. A warm soft cardian to put over my hospital gown it may get cold! Socks, a go home outfit for myself, Snacks, change, camera, charger. For the baby (my hospital provides diapers and wipes) so I'm bringing 2 onsies because the hospital clothes they supply you with is practically not warm at all, swaddle blanket. And a going home outfit with some mittens.
LOTS of warm fuzzy socks!!! Hospitals are freezing and the socks come in handy. And what they said ^^^^
Pretty much what poohbear said. I also had my phone charger and some snacks
You need a outfit to go home in a Night gown, soap, bra, panties, deorderant, clothes for baby
