Hot chocolate

Is swiss miss hot chocolate okay to drink while pregnant ?

Well I'm a first time mom so I'm new to pregnancy... just did want to eat or drink something that would effect my baby

The only reason hot chocolate or chocolate in general could be "bad" is because chocolate breaks down into caffeine and during pregnancy your supposed to watch your caffeine intake, but a cup won't hurt.

You should look up foods to avoid while pregnant. Most foods are safe, some things like tuna have a lot of mercury which is bad and things like sprouts have bacteria that can harm your baby is they aren't washed properly and there's some herbs in teas that can cause miscarriages but things like hot chocolate are totally fine unless you're doctor has said to avoid sugar! Talk to your doctor about what foods to avoid if you're worried about anything but like everyone has said hot chocolate won't harm your baby in any way, kids drink it all the time

As long as the milk is permeate free will be better for you...advice from my doctor :)

Lol you can drink and eat anything you want. It's not drugs or alcohol. It's food and drinks
