Hot dogs

are we allowed to eat them in moderation? Lol I love the hot dogs at SAMs club but I know we aren't supposed to eat them...

I crave turkey subs from publix , I swear I could eat one everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner. They say to watch lunch meat due to listeria but I'm pregnant with my third and everything has been fine. I eat hotdogs as well  too my babies are all fine and healthy :)

I have been boiling my hot dogs. They seem to taste better. But seriously did our parents back in the day watch what they ate or how they slept...we are fine.

I met with my nutrionlist yesterday! She say hotdogs , bologna and stuff like that make sure it's warmed up because they have bacteria on them! So as long as they are warmed up it should be fine !
