Try extra pillows in various positions until u get comfortable while on ur side
Switching sides is all you can do, I wouldn't lay on my back because it also takes oxygen from your baby. Just bear with it.
Wow thanks for telling me that.but I only get numbness when I lay on my sides but out of breath when I'm on my back
If you get any numbness or out of breathe don't lay on your back without somehow proping yourself up. There is an artery that runs down your spine and when babies weight presses on it, it can cut off the blood supply to your baby, and your legs. Decreased blood supply can mean your babies oxygen supply is compromised. If you get any kind of uncomfortableness do not lay your back anymore!
I lay on my side most of the time but now they are hurting and gets numb.
The bigger your baby gets the harder it gets to breath as you lay in your back.
Of course it's normal, you lay on your back and your baby squished everything inside. Lay on your side, preferably the left.
