I just noticed something and I thought I might offer a helpful suggestion....if your questions are going unanswered it COULD be because of the title. For this, I would title it "pregnant, bleeding, scared" and I guarantee you would've gotten an answer nearly immediately.
Just a suggestion...a lot of times when I see something like the title of this that seems joking and not serious I skip over it and look for the ones that appear to have "serious" topics ("my baby isn't moving" "is this a miscarriage?" "am I pregnant plz I'm so scared" etc).
Hope this helps! :)
Sincerely,
-Co-CL Ashelen
p.s. I bled in early pregnancy with my son....he is now nearly 5 months old and very healthy, so I wouldn't worry too much...all you can do is wait. I know it's hard but hopefully things will turn out just fine.
If you are disappointed with the hospital, is there someone else you could go to for another opinion? That's what I did. I had some spotting a couple of days ago, and this one place didn't seem too concerned so I called another doc and they got me in for some blood work when the other place waited 2 days to call me back. I am also scheduled for another U/S next week and hopefully all is well. I know everyone says not to worry, and it's hard not to. Hang in there. Some women have spotting/bleeding and everything turns out fine. I hope you get some answers soon.
I am sorry you are going through this. I had a similar situation last year, but I was further along. I know just how you feel. Angry at the world right? I was for a very very long time. My situation did not end well, but all pregnancies are diferrent.
bleeding in early pregnancy can be common. unfortunately, only time will tell. best wishes.
i dont know anymore i came home feeling hopefull but then bout an hr ago i went to the loo and there was the dreaded red blood again i dont get it my brain hurts and im really tired all the time i think im going to go insane i keep crying as i dont know weather im coming or ging and all people keep saying is "everything will be ok stop worrying" no they didnt do blood im really dissappoited with my hospital and gp its hard not knowing wots going on my emotions are all over the place :(
Sorry I haven't gone through this. I went in for my first ultrasound at five weeks six days and saw a heartbeat and everything but I hear that is not the norm. Have they done bloodwork bc your hcg should double approx every 48hrs and it is standard to wait a week before doing another ultrasound to see about growth.
I really am not too sure, I have never gone through this..But, I just wanted to say how sorry I am that you are going through this...I really hope everything works out and the baby grows and thrives....
Good luck hun
I was going to say basically the same thing Alaysha said.. Best of luck and definitely keep us posted! ((hugs))
Honestly it could turn out either way. My first pregnancy I spotted pink blood one time had an ultrasound which showed a baby and a heartbeat and still ended up miscarrying a couple weeks later. My next pregnancy I started bleeding worse than a period, bright red and awful went and had a scan at 5w3d and 5w6d which both showed a sac then I got another scan at 6w1d and it showed a heartbeat. I bled like that for 5 weeks straight and still have a healthy daughter that will be turning 3 the end of this month. Bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage but anytime you bleed in pregnancy you should be monitored.
I had an early scan same as you for the same reasons, it doesn't always end up bad, I had bleeding and passed clots and I'm 21+4 now :) so I hope your end like mine did, try and keep calm bout it cos from me worryin my blood pressure rocketed n you dont need that. Keep you in my thoughts n keep us updated!
