Lol I love PB with my french toast
I am 28 weeks pregnant and this still happens sometime. My doctor told me to eat more protein meals. So I eat a lot of peanut butter.,lol
I have an apt. On Monday I will ask her about it and check my iron level not a big meat eater of anything right now..thank you ladies!
That happened to me too, plus i was super tired and getting headaches. turned out i had low iron levels, i would talk to your doctor and have them check, but if that's the case is as easy as taking an iron pill everyday.
During the first half of your pregnancy that is normal, your blood volume is increasing and your vessels are dilating to accomodate, however the latter usually happens faster which can result in orthostatic hypotension (a drop in BP with postural changes) and general low blood pressure. Make sure you are taking in tons of fluids. Not just water, you need electrolytes too. If your sodium is too low that can cause dizziness as well.
