EPO ???

So I bought epo and I will be 37 weeks by the time I go to my next appointment . I'm thinking about using it vaginally so that when they check down there at my next visit hopefully she can tell me if my cervix is thinning

Well, EVO and semen together should do the trick. Especially if you keep it going everyday;) orgasms cause natural contractions as well.

I really want a vbac so bad that's why I'm trying this method . I've heard many positive outcomes and not so many with castor oil .

I don't think mine care either. Its just we haven't been doing it in a while and he just wants to make me feel bad (for play) that I only want sex so the baby can come .

I told my husband I needed him to help soften my cervix and let's go. He knew I used him at the end. He didn't seem to mind either hahaha

I used it. Makes sure you put a pad on at night it could get messy and very sticky. I totally told my husband I was just using him for sex he didn't really care lol.

They recommend you start it at 36 weeks and take one orally in the morning and one vaginally at night. Each week add an extra pill. Also depends on what mg.you got. Best way to soften the cervix is semen, so they say..
