Neg blood shot 29 weeks preg

I had my doc appt today, and they had to give me a shot becuz im o neg blood type. My question is what exactly does that shot do?

No the baby will be fine im oneg to and they going to give it to me the shot temperly flips your blood around to an o pos just in case the babys blood dosent match with yours :) but your baby and fiutre babys will be fine

I have to have them too its called rohgam and it keeps your body from rejecting future babies if your blood happens to mix surfing pregnancy you can develop antibodies that can make your body think babies are a virus to b attacked or sumthing I'm rh negitive and both my kids have been positive so its a good thing to get just in case!!!
