Does marijuana really reduce a man's sperm count?

From the looks of it some of you think I'm asking this for personal reasons. Well im not lol.. we don't smoke..  so thanks for you alls concern but it wasn't for me , I just like bringing up questionable debates! :)

My husband and I used to smoke and he still smokes cigarettes. I had really irregular periods our entire relationship lost a bunch off weight and have periods four months in a row month five I was pregnant. We weren't even trying just not being safe so I dunno

My and my fiance were every day smokers, cigs n weed, till we found out. It took us about 2 years to get pregnant. But before him and I got together he was heavy on other drugs. So not sure if it was him or me. But I never did anything but weed so. It doesn't make it impossible. But definitely effects it. I thought I would never get pregnant...

My boyfriend has been smoking  since we were 13, now down to a pack a day. The first time I got pregnant he was also a pot head(I don't remember a time when he wasn't high and he was also a drug abuser, unfortunately we did lose that baby at 6 Weeks. I'm now pregnant again (18+1 :-)  ) and he's now in recovery but still smokes cigarettes, and I think that's something he may never give up lol ”/

Either way, effecting sperm or not, quitting bad habits is what's best for you, and your family if you're TTC, that means, eating healthy, no smoking, cigarettes, or drugs, at all, exercising, being in the best health you can be in, and taking prenatal vitamins before you start. So if you're planning on starting, or expanding your family, it's best to make it a healthy family first!

My partner and I were everyday pot smokers. Plus he drinks 7 stubbies a night and a pak of smokes a day. This our second baby. Our son is active and smart.

My brother does marijuana along with other drugs unfortately and he has two kids so id have to say no

I'm afraid if a man just glanced.at me.I'd get pregnant, this is my fourth pregnancy since I was 18, I'm 20 will be 21 in July. I had a miscarriage last summer.

Lol if that's true then my hubby has supper sperm lol he has been smoking since he was 12

They say it does reduce the sperm count but it wont make them infertile they can still get a women pregnant. If your trying to conceive it is best to stop.

Yeah my husband smokes a pack a day and used to smoke pot all the time like nearly everyday and we still got pregnant. It doesn't make it impossible just not as easy but it also depends on your body, the right day and what not. I'm a fertile mertile lol

My bf and I were everyday pot smokers before we found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I quit, he didn't. Well anyway we had unprotected sex for about a year only using the pullout method. One time he didn't pull out and I swear that's when I got pregnant. So in our case I really don't think that smoking pot affected our fertily.

It makes the sperm high as well therefore affecting their ability to make it where they needa go, so does being drunk and.smoking cigarettes (cigarettes deform the sperm and.obviously being drunk make them.drunk, the sperm.being deformed makes it where they can't penetrate the egg) NOW that's not to say your ability to get pregnant is 0 if they do these things its just lessened. SO if you're trying NOT to get Prego still use protection, if you're TRYING then discontinue use. Lol I sound like an infomercial.
