II am 7 weeks pregnant and no such craving for anything.... The basic provlem i am facing is that i have severe cold n cough from past 3 weeks. Due to my continuous sneezes n cough i am having continuous pain in my lower abdomen. Waht shud i do ? As per doctor there are no such medicines they can give.

I got ultraspund done as per doctor everythbg is fine bt she is also unable to tell d reasn behind d pain....

It's normal.
Cravings are your body's way of telling you you're missing something. For example, craving chocolate could be that your body needs sugar.
I don't know about the pain but try a hot water bottle or something?
