Thanks for the response...i js been to hosp as it was really worrying me and they told me its normal and as for no baby movements, they said sometimes at 20weeks baby's do sometimes have quite periods this early on,babys fine.thank god!
I agree with drinking lots of water, try to take it easy with your feet up, could be your uterus growing, I had menstrual like cramping for over 24 hours at 26 weeks and finally decided it wasn't normal and even tho it wasn't coming and going like contractions should it turned out I was beginning to dilate and had to be put on medications that I still have to take every 6 hours and put on full pelvic and bed rest. I am now able to get up with limited action each day. im glad I went in and they were able to stop everything. if you feel like it really isn't right my advise is be checked, better safe than sorry.
make sure to drink plenty of water it could be contractions I had this at 27 weeks and it was contractions
If you are worried then seek medical help as they can put your mind at ease or even assess you if need be. Im sure your fine and it is normal pains, I know I had them
The pains are not really unbearable but just really worrying me
Yeah the popping is movement, I had it and sometimes still do at 31+ weeks. The pains are normal, babys getting bigger and all I can describe it as growing pains. They need more room to move about. But if the pains are really bad call your dr or midwife.
Good luck
