I haven't smoked since two months and im 6 months now its just like i can imagine smoking and just sitting and looking at the outside but im my going to!! I gotta keep off it. Thats ladies you can do it too!

I feel you! Im trying like crazy to quit..its hard but I'm hoping ill be completely done with them very soon

I've been there before~ Just hold on & I promise the craving will eventually pass. I know it's uncomfortable to have cravings that powerful but the longer you go without one, eventually it will get easier. When I quit 5 years ago I chewed a lot of gum & ate lollipops like crazy.

Yeah the physical addiction wears off like that but the emotional addiction is sometimes harder. i still miss blowin the smoke out with rings and flicking the end.. all the attatchments that go with smoking.. like everyime you have dinner you have one after or with your morning cuppa... stuff like that is hard to brake... Thats why its great to get hand hobbys and stay occupied... stay strong!

How long has it been? The nicotene gets out of ur system very quickly and the habit leaves in only 2 weeks i believe so if u just stick with it it will go away. But if u cheat you are only prolonging the process making it harder on yourself. Get busy doing something to take ur mind off of it. If u just sit there it will make it harder

You need a hobby for your hands to keep buzy and to occupy your mind... Like knitting or making friendship bracelets.. Or bake some big crumbly cookies... mmm way better than a ciggy... ;) stay strong xx

Chew some gum or eat a mint or suck on hard candy stay busy to keep your mind off of it. You can do it mind of matter momma since it seems you haven't been doing then tell yourself u must not really need it :)
