Drink 1 oz of water per pound you weigh every day. Psyllium husk is the active ingredient fiber supplements. I take 1 tsp a day and it's been keeping me regular. I'm going 2-3 times a day. :) I've been constipated my whole life pretty much and this is the only thing I've found that has worked!
^^^ what she said. And don't strain! Hemmorids will make it even MORE hard to go and definitely painful.
Eat more fiber rich food and a lot of water. Or talk to your doctor to get a stool softener.
