35 wks 2 days measuring at 38 wks

So i am 35 wks 2 days and i had my docs app today and she told me that i am measuring at 38 wks and the baby has started dropping. Do you think that i will have my baby sooner than my due date which is Dec 24?

hmmm, i think where you are measuring 3 weeks ahead that they will keep a close eye on you. I know some of my friends babies dropped about 2 weeks before they had them

I have NO Idea, but I just wanted to share that my sister is a nurse as is one of my really close friends and I had measured "ahead" by a week at my last appointment, and they both reassured me that the 1st due date I was given was likely to be the most accurate. As we get closer to delivery, all babies grow different and maybe yours just had a growth spurt? It is always possible to go early, but unfortunately I don't know if any way to "know" for sure! I wish I could find out if I was going to having Jaxson a week early too! I am 31.5 weeks! Either way, you are almost there girl! Hang in there!

I also have lost 2 lbs in 2 wks could this mean anything.
