what she said ^^^ it stinks but its just a part of pregnancy some women experience it worse than others :/ Try not to eat at least 30 mins before laying down & also try not drinking while you eat I was told drink 30 mins before or after eating.
It's Justus part if pregnancy. You can ask your dr for anti nausea medicine but those never helped me. Just try eating light. Little snacks here and there, no big meals and drink a lot of water
