please help...scared...need advice

Hey I writing to find if anyone has a similar experience, this is my 3rd pregnancy the 1st 2 having ended in miscarriges at 7 and 12 weeks. I am terrified of loosing this baby and my doctor tried to put my mind at rest by sending me for a barrage of test , unfortuately I have come back with a postive for ANA titre antibodies (1:160), does anyone one out there have any advice, could this be the cause of my previous miscarriges, does this mean this pregnancy is at risk??? my HCG is doubling roughly every 36 hours which has slowed down a little since i first had it monitored. but doctor estimates me a 5-6 weeks. sorry to ask so many questions i'm just really scared and confused, espicially as my doc has refered me to the high risk unit. I am constantly thirsty, have very sore breasts and am tired easily, i guess my history has me scared , both i and my partner really want this baby

thankyou both so much for your support, it is so comforting to know that i am not alone in my experiences. you are so right about how you stress over every little thing. i am now actively relaxing and taking a step back. unfortunately depite being refered to the high risk uint they do not wnat to see me until i am 14 weeks, i went back to my doctors who has referred me again for a private early u/s to put my mind at rest and to allow us to date the pregnancy properly. Thank goodness I have a partner now earns enough to support this and private health insurance,  last time we were not in a position to do this and I really feel that if we had had the earlier scan we would have spotted that there was a problem, not that it would have prevented the m/c but it would have allowed us to get used to the idea, ah well hopefully this time all will be ok.

once again thank you for your kind words

i cmpletly understand you being afraid  iv had 4 m/c   i think you should try to relax this is easier said than done i know its always on your mind when you wipe is there going to be blood ? in 9 months will i have a beautiful healthy baby?   you will drive yourself crazy   when i gt preg with my 3rd baby i stressed out myself out and worried so much that i lost my baby  they did testing and found my baby was full of stress hormones  s for your sake and baby's  relax kick your feet up and watch movies or read .  if your still having pregnancy symptms i say your fine  try and trust yur doc  drink lplenty of water and if you really feel in your gut somethings not right go to the er or doc.  its ok to ask questions its the only way to get answers:)    im not real sure about the testing but if your high risk you'll get special attention and will get to get lots of sneak peaks at your growing baby  good luck and dont stress    if you want to talk or have more questions just send me a nte or email
