INTENSE cramping?

So, as I've said before, I'm on CD38, 23DPO and I took 2 HPTs, both negative. But last night, I got this REALLY intense cramp in my lower abdomen that woke me up. I've been getting them all throughout the day, too. I have no idea what this could be. Any ideas/experience stories/suggestions?

When I was about 14, they found a cyst on my left ovary, but it drained itself out. It is possible that it could have come back. I'm trying to figure out any possible reason other than pregnancy that could be the reason why I'm not getting my AF.

I agree, it could be that you have cysts.  Its also possible that you are pregnant but a HPT should be accurate by now.  Either way, I agree with sayley - check in with your doctor to find out what is going on.

Hello

i hope that you are feeling better. I don't want to scare you but you sound like me 1.5 years ago. I recently had surgery  for a dermoid cyst. I would  defitely go and see a dr. please keep me post it. My thought are with you!

They typically last for 28 days. And it's on both sides.

Is the pain one-sided?  How long do your cycles typically last for?
