34 weeks pregnant with clicking noise in chest

I'm a very healthy 23 year old who is 34 weeks pregnant. Everything has been going great, and I've had no problems (not even morning sickness!). However, for the past month I have been hearing a clicking noise in my chest. It's on the right side, below the breast. I have no pain with it, and it happens at random times. I have been really congested for the past month and have had a hard time breathing, but feel great otherwise. Is this noise something I should be concerned about, and what could be the cause?

Hi,

Im not sure about the clicking noise but do go to the doctors, Its alot of pressure on a womens body when she is pregnant so just ask on your next visit to the doctors as this could be an infection in your lungs or maybe even a heart problem, or broken rib so just get it checked just to be safe.

Good luck.
