I'm So Confused!!! =(

So I'm truly confused. I had a mc in early november, All the bleeding had stopped by november 14th. I had my hcg levels taken on Dec 1st, and Dec 3rd and they were almost back at zero. On Dec 10th, I had brownish bleeding that carried on until Dec 13th ish, And then from Dec 13th - Dec 16th I bleed like my period. I had symptoms of pregnancy because I was expecting my period early this month, Took a test and found out that way. I had a little bit of nausea at that point, I had tender breasts, I got motion sickness, And felt really tired. It feels like my symptoms are not disappearing, but more leveling off. My breast are no longer sore just sensitive nipples, There are noticable not dark, Veins on my breasts that I havent had before. But it didn't happen overnight, They gradually became less and less sore everyday, I still feel tired, ( Going to bed around 10ish and waking around 8ish) When before It was around 12 and waking around 6 - 8. And sick from time to time. Have cravings. My temperature is usually still between 98.6 - 98. And I still get headaches...I should be 5 weeks, 1 day today but could I be further along then expected? Actually, when they took my hcg levels, My doctor marked off the wrong thing to check so for the first "hcg level" check they actually tested me for a blood pregnancy test, And then when I went back on the 3rd they tested my hcg level and it was almost at zero at that point. It doesn't feel like a mc, In november I had severe cramping, bleeding, spotting, worried because I no longer felt pregnant. This time havent had the slightest bit of bleeding/spotting, nor cramping. Could something be wrong? Please help!!!! I'm so worried and I dont want to have another miscarriage :(

Throughout your pregnancy things are going to change. I think the best thing to do is try not to stress yourself out about it. Just relax and take your pregnancy one day at a time. Your symptoms could just be fading a little... doesnt mean anything is wrong. Its just like morning sickness you might have days you feel great whilst you might have days you feel like hell. Just take one day at a time.
