so I just found out I was pregnant last week and have decided I'm going to go ahead and keep my baby I'm 21 years old and I have no kids yet I'm a bit nervous but overall I'm excited ... I'm experiencing a lot of fatigue and I'm nauseous every morning and throughout the day I have no appetite the most I can do is drink fluids I don't know what to do. ???

Hi there, congrats.  Pregnancy is wonderful and super hard at the same time.  I found that I did best with something to nibble on at all times.  I had crackers by my bed!  Kept a granola bar in my purse.  I liked ginger ale and I also s ucked on crystalized ginger (tastes good and helps with nausea supposedly).  I had to switch my prenatal vitamins to taking them at night as I had nausea from them if I took them during the day.  I like protein which seemed to help----  toast with peanut butter and that kind of thing was my stand by.  And at thirteen weeks, wa la----  nausea was over.  Hang in there hon.  :>)

Ginger ale and hard candies helped me a lot! I was always nauseous throughout the day and would often get sick in the evening.
