I would get them all the day when stretching & then mt legs would hurt for days, so I started to eat more bananas.
I have gotten them twice now during the night and they are extremely painful! I just try to make sure I am drinking a lot of water and I will strech out my legs before going to bed.

I've gotten them with all my pregnancies!! But they only happen when I'm stretching!! But they really hurt n make ur leg sore for days after!!
Oh yes...aren't those pleasant? I got them too. increase your potassium intake and make sure you are hydrated...even go for electrolyte drinks.
