should i be alarmed?

my girlfriend has not gotten her period.  She has been stressed as of late, and it was suppossed to arrive on the 21st of april.

we did not have sex during the last month, but we did engage in oral, she unknowingly used the same wet towel to wipe herself down, with not more than a small amount of semen on it, i am concerned that somehow, she could be pregnant from it?  it was such a small amount.

she does have irregular periods, and has not always gotten it on the 21st of a month.  She HAS been Pms'ing as well, but that was a week after she it didnt show. she has the usual symptoms (Mood swings,Cramps in the abdomen, backaches)

She has been very stressed, and i know stress can be the cause of a missed period, and when i say stressed i mean very stressed, such as constant worrying, being upset, etc. she has also said there has been discharge, but NO blood discharge.

There are so many factors in play here, can someone help me with possibilities of what can be going on?  

it would be so very, very, very, nice if someone could help.

She's not pregnant.  Her stress is probably causing her period to be late.

The likelihood of her being pregnant is VERY small.  That being said, sperm CAN live outside of the body, up to several hours depending on the environment.  With irregular periods, stress, and age - cycles can be very undependable.  I would suggest getting on birth control to help regulate her cycles and help protect her in the event of unprotected intercourse.

The chance of her getting pregnant from a towl with semen on it would be super low, espcially if that towel sat around for a few minutes, semen is not meant to live outside of the body.
As far as her not having a period, you said she is usually irregular and very stressed, so it wouldn't be unusual for her not to get a period.
I would be shocked if she was pregnant, with that being said I am assuming you did not have sex the month before last? If you did then there is a chance she could be pregnant and I would take a test.
