It is the old Tylenol that was recalled. I just bought some several months ago and checked the Tylenol website. Yup, mine was recalled. I had to fill out a form online for a refund.
As far as teething goes- it will come and go. Doesn't mean she'll cut any teeth just yet. My little ones teeth on and off for MONTHS before they get teeth. Zoë will be 9 months old next weekend and she does not have a single tooth yet but she is teething right now.
Or it could just be that Ariana doesn't feel good. Fever + feeling icky = crying and wanting to be held. Just coddle her and love on her! She'll be better before you know it.
ugh i hadn't heard about tylenol and i just gave her some the other day.. like i said its old from may when we bought it. hope thats not gonna hurt her.
Also brand tylenol was recalled, so get a generic brand like CVS or target.
Fionn started "teething" at 8 weeks (drooling non stop, pain etc) but his first tooth came in at 4 months. It can take a while before the tooth cuts.
Yes baby tylenol got recalled, but only the name brand stuff, the store brands didn't.
Teething, maybe. It's possible but only time will tell. You'll see a whitish looking area that may come up and go down a couple times before you actually see a tooth starting to come in. Elijah was drooling a lot for a LONG time. He started about 2 months drooling more and more, and biting on everything but he didn't get his first teeth until 11 months. He gets them in 4s, all four front, then the ones next to them, then the first molars, and he's got his pointy teeth now, incisors I think they're called. It can take quite a while, but I'd stick with the baby orajel, not the adult. The baby kind isn't as strong as the adult kind, and I'd really go with tylenol before orajel and teething rings, maybe stick her paci in the freezer for a while...the orajel doesn't last but maybe a few minutes, unless it works different for an adult than a baby. I tried it out to see how long it lasted and it was maybe five minutes...
As far as teething goes, it's very possible. Conner started teething at 3 months but didn't cut his first tooth until he was about 6 months old. Teething can start early but take a while to actually show proof that teething is/was the issue.
As far as sex goes, it's very normal(at least for me) for it to still hurt. I know after I have babies I can't get wet (TMI SORRY) and have to use plenty of lubrication. Even if your lubricated inside you could still be very dry on the outside which can cause pain. Did you have an episiotomy(sp) or any tears with Ariana? I know that can also cause some discomfort, as the perineum needs to get used to being stretched after being sutured. Are you tense before intercourse? I know after one painful intercourse experience I tend to get tense because I am preparing for it to hurt, which causes more pain and discomfort.
did baby tylenol really get recalled? i have some we bought in may.
