Ask your dr for a sleeping pill. I am 32 weeks and the sleeping is bad and gets better then gets worse again. I have a really bad bladder infection right now tho so I'm sleeping terrible! But my dr allowed me to sleep on my back til I was 24 weeks. If its easier for you to do that I'm sure its fine. Baby is still tiny right now so its ok if that's more comfy then sleep on your back.
I thought I was the only one I'm 14w3d and.can't sleep for crape thirsty hot bathroom and repeat lol

Also i starting taking long walks and tired myself out more during the day that way when bed time came i would pass out instantly
I put a fan directly on me and slept on my left side with a pillow between my legs and a small blanket wedged into my chest so i didnt roll on my belly.
Not to scare u but it gets worse lol im 29 weeks and I can never get comfortable and when I do it last for 10 minutes before I have to pee lol but at least its worth it :)
Lol the pillow I use between my legs is going flat!!
But wow...this is only the 2nd trimester...i can only imagine the 3rd
I found pregnancy pillow helped me it was one that wad like a normal pillow with a long pillow down the side for your body. and a fan in your room. Try your best to.sleep because when baby comes you won't sleep Much. Enjoy your time to yourself and try to get comfortable so you can cram in lots of sleep. I have an 11month old who still doesbt sleep well at night and 8weeks pregnant with baby number two. I miss sleep haha. I hope you get lots of rest and congrats on your pregnancy

Im almost 17 weeks...i can relate..since around 9 weeks..i get up 2-3 times each night....i roll around in the bed all night...get up and go to the bathroom and I wake up hot and thirsty all the time too....i go,put the air on 70,and get something to drink....so after getting something to drink I get up evrn more to go to the bathroom!! T
