If you're PAST your due date, try using oils - Clary Sage. It's NOT RECCOMENDED to use earlier than 37 weeks because you can go into labor within a few days or hours. You can rub this oil on ankles or abdomen. Jasmine oil is another thing than can induce labor and/or strengthen contractions. In my opinion, wait it out. Baby knows when it wants to come out. ;)

I danced for about 5 minutes yesterday and I went to the bathroom right after and my mucus plug came out. :) hopefully it'll start labor!

I've given this advice before. Rubbing your nipples to release oxytocin in the body. It could jumpstart labor.

Try either drinking or getting the capsules of red raspberry leaf tea. It's supposed to help tone your uterus to make contractions more productive. Also you can try evening primrose oil capsules by mouth or insert them vaginally. They are supposed to help thin out your cervix. I'm starting both tonight!
