I want to expand on what the above poster said. A miscarriage CAN present with just spotting/bleeding. But in the absence of cramping it is far more common for it to be just normal first trimester bleeding. There's also the chance it could be a subchorionic hematoma which almost always resolves itself and doesn't cause any major issues. In any case, it is too early to stress over. Just take it easy, as I said before, and have faith :)
You should insist on seeing your dr. When I miscarried 5 years ago I did not have any pain or cramping. I wasn't bleeding very much either it just was a little when I wiped. Good luck I hope it works out for you.
yeah it does sound very good, the bleeding has calmed down now, no pains, no cramps etc...thanx for ur help :O) x
That's a good sign. Just take it easy for a few days, be sure to stay hydrated and try to relax! If you have any cramping, call them back!
i have had no cramping at all x
my dr and the Nhs help both said that unless i have pain, or very heavy bleeding its normal ...
it seems to have almost stopped now , so really only lasted about 1 1/2 days x
Unless you have a history of miscarriage a BETA Hcg test is not necessary. It wouldn't hurt to call your doctor and explain what is going on. It is normal for some women to spot/ bleed early in pregnancy and not have a thing wrong. Are you cramping at all ??
I would go to the doctors to get your BETA HCG checked... It could be a chemical pregnancy...
They should do one draw then another one in 48 hours to ensure your numbers are doubling..
If they are not or are decreasing, then you might be having a chemical pregnancy...
I am really sorry
