Yea these pills make me nauseated any suggestions

Go to your health food store and buy liquid iron. It is gentle on the tummy and will not cause constipation. There is a dose for pregnancy and there is a dose for breast feeding if you continue to take it after pregnancy.

I was given Ferros Sulfate(iron pills) and the nurse said don't take it with milk, some sort of chemical reaction, it is however ok to take it 30 mins after you've had milk..

I had to do the same with prenatals and iron pills cause they made me sick and when I switched to taking them at night I was fine :)

I was on integra for a few months until my iron count came back up. I took it at night and it helped me keep it down.

Which ones are you taking? I'm taking one's that are called Slow FE. It's small and doesn't make me sick.
