so I had regular blood work done and they told me I have anemia and prescribed me with iron. I've called and went personally to the usual pharmacy they send my medicine too but they said they have nothing. I was wondering if there any specific I have to take or can I just take any that I buy at target?

Just an iron supplement is all it can be one off the shelves. Also try eating more meats and stuff like spinach to help as well.

I also have anemia and I've been taking "Spring Valley Iron 65mg 325 Ferrous Sulfate" 3 times a day with orange juice. I picked it up at Walmart in the vitamin aisle so I'm sure Target has it. :) Hope that helps!
