transplantion of uterus is not yet possible.i read smewhr it wud b done by 2011.uterus of only mother or a sister will work out.buddy the procedure is v dangerous and damn exp.if u hv ovarys n ur partner has sperms why not to go for surrogation.it wud b a grt option.baby wud purely b urs.
i am not sure about the percentages..but i know you can have another baby..something like that happend to my mother in law..and she was told that she was not going to be able to have any more kids..to her suprise she ended up getting prego and having my DH!!! So I know it's still possible..I hope things work out for you!
That would definitely be a question that only a doc would be able to help you with. You always stand the chance of rejecting an organ when you have a transplant, and there are no guarantees when it comes to that kind of thing. It seems to me that the less expensive thing would be to find a surrogate mother and use only of your eggs and sperm from your husband. It is still 100% your baby, just in a borrowed uterus.
