Crampy/Achy Legs

I have crampy achy legs- mostly the back of my legs.  I called my DR and she said it was normal for preg. to drink more water and eat bananas.  Just curious if anyone else experiences this.   They are not so much crampy but more achy!

I am only four weeks along and the back of my upper legs are constantly achy! I never knew it was possible to get achy legs so quickly, but I guess so!

I eat a banana everyday for breakfast... although I will admit those Dunkin Donuts muffins are slowly taking the banana's place... eeekkk...  I drink decaf coffee in the AM and decaf tea in the afternoon- does that count???    I rarely get charlie horses- thank goodness... those are the worst!!  #1 girl--- massage sure sunds good!!!

Totally normal.  both my pregnancy, I would get a charlie horse at night, it would wake me up.  For at least a week I would have leg pain.  and I too was told to drink more water, the bananas are for the potassium.  try getting a massage!!
