Is it normal?

I haven't had an ultrasound since my anatomy scan. I'm 32 weeks now. I'm just curious to know if this is normal considering I'm also a high risk pregnancy

It depends on why you're high risk. I'm high risk bc I'm epileptic and my medication can cause complications but have only had one extra us.

My OB said it's not healthy to get so many ultrasounds throughout the pregnancy. I got one at 15 weeks..then changed OBs and got one at 18 (was lucky enough to get another one then)..and now I can't get another one until around 27 weeks.

That's forever to wait! I hate how we get one halfway through then have to wait till the end to see our babies again :( I was hoping I would get an extra to see the spine better but nope, radiologist said from what he saw it was fine. I wish we all got extra peeks. :( Depending on why youre high risk I would ask. It may depend on insurance and things too.

Wow. My doctor checked me every month. I wasn't high risk but she said I can ask for anything at anytime.

I had one at 20 weeks and don't get another until 37 weeks. Unless there's fear of a birth defect, fluid or placenta issues, etc, you probably won't get extra just from being labeled high risk. You can be labeled high risk for no other reason than being overweight. If you're worried I'd ask your doctor but I think it's probably normal.

Yeah probably not as they need to monitor you and the baby more often than not. Why did you have the anatomy scan?
