Okay so embarrassing but I have dire ah horribly and my face is red and hot my head is light and it's hard to sit up I just feel all around nauseous I need advice now I'm 38 weeks tomorrow
Just relax as much as you can right now.. sleep a lot.. eat\drink things easy on your tummy..
