Multiple miscarriages

I am 25 yrs old and have had two successful pregnancies with 6 miscarriages. I am now 6.2 week pregnant with great hormone levels but an u/s at 5.6 weeks showed no heartbeat, just a sac and yolk sac.  My doctor said i should be concerned but is send me this monday for more blood and another u/s on friday. That would be 7 weeks pregnant. What should i see and if there is no heartbeat again should i worry?

Thanks Zanes, I have a Luetal Phase Defect, I don't produce progesterone which in turn causes me to have a m/c. I'm on prochieve but still not sure if everythings ok. They didnt see a heartbeat but my numbers are great!

I would get blood work done...I had 2 successful pg's, 3 mc and on my 6th pg. they finally did blood work and I have antiphospholipid antibody syndrom and a blood clotting disorder.  Antiphospholipid antibody syndrom is where certain antibody's in your blood attack tissues in your body, including fetuses.  and the blood clotting disorder generally flares up when I'm pg. causing a blood clot to block the placenta and the baby can't get any nutrients and dies.  They  put me on Heparin, which is a blood thinner...but, I still lost my last baby bc, they said my placenta had chromosomal abnormalities...And I lost him at 23.5 weeks.  But, good luck to you with this pg.  and get that blood work done so that the dr's can prevent a mc if possible.
