Can early labor be like false labor? I have been haveing back pain since 4pm yesterday with irregular contractions I lost my mucus plug a few days ago I called laboe and delivery lastnight they told me to take Tylenol and benadril but my back still hurts.. when I walk or move.. I am 38.6 weeks should I walk around to try to get more contractions going?

Try walking as much as you can. Unless you're in too much pain, then either go to the hospital or call an ambulance. :)

Have you timed your contractions? I had back pain off and on all night, called L&D and told them my contractions were at 6:14 6:16 6:20 6:24...etc and that they were irregular. She said that those are counted as regular because of how close they are. I went in and had my baby girl 3 hours later :)
