Stomach pain
I have been having pain in my lower abdomen for about a week now and i threw up the other day! Sometimes it feels like period camps but a little worse what could it be?

i haven't had a period since feb.
What is AF i have similar pains. I have taken both blood and urine test and shows positive but no sac or anything shows on ultrasound
