For me they did a blood test. I started feeling it around 30 weeks or so but I thought it was normal and didn't actually go in to see the doctor til I was 34 weeks cuz it got so unbearable. They initially told me to take benedril and use certain creams for a couple but nothing helped so they did a blood test and found out I had it. It was confirmed at 35 weeks and thats when they told me they would induce at 37 weeks! For my sister though they did a lot of urine tests. They gave her a container and told her to pee in that every morning and bring it back to them. So they could monitor it. But she didn't see the doctor about it til she was 36 weeks and as soon as it was confirmed they scheduled her for a csection. So her baby was slightly premie. I'm actually starting to feel itchy this pregnancy too. My face and hands mostly... I'm only 19+5 right now :/

Get checked out because it could be pre eclampsia if your hands and feet are swollen and you have high blood pressure!! I've had it in previous pregnancy and it's awful. X

I would go see your doctor. I had severe itching and ended up having cholestasis. I had to be induced at 37 weeks. It might not be that but better safe than sorry! Don't mean to scare you. Just want people yo be aware. My sister had the same thing but she found out really late and she had to have her baby before 37 weeks due to not catching it on time. Her sons healthy not but the first couple months were rough. Goodluck

I would talk to your doctor about it swelling that is consistent is not normally a good thing. They may need to check your bp an make sure you don't have high bp

I would keep an eye on the swelling because if it's frequent you need to inform your doctor. I sometimes get itchy hands an feet too but idk why. I just rub lotion on them till it stops
