i have a very embarrasing question ...I am going to do an IVF cycle soon....I wanted to know should I remove my pubic hairs before seeing the doctor or is it acceptable to have them...I never had them removed so don;t know how to do it..I know its gross to ask this sort of question but i really don't know what to do...

If it bothers you, then you can trim it or shave it off. Just be careful to not cut yourself or your clitoris. There's nothing wrong with you wanting to do it but it doesn't bother the docs at all. Comes with the work!

It's not gross! You just need advice. You don't need to shave. If you did, your doctor would've said so beforehand or would offer to do it for you. I've given birth twice and I never once shaved for the doc. They see it all the time, it's their work. Don't worry about it! But I would shower beforehand... ha ha! :)
